We refurbish and grade

Every unit that passes through us is tested, repaired where worthwhile, cleaned, wiped and graded to a consistent standard, so buyers know exactly what they're getting.

We supply stock in volume

We sell graded used and refurbished devices to the trade by the unit, the box or the pallet. Every line comes with honest specifications and condition, and we're happy to build ongoing supply around your needs.

Grading

One grading standard, used consistently

Grades describe cosmetic condition. Every graded unit is fully functional unless explicitly listed otherwise.

Grade	Cosmetic condition	Typical use
Grade A	Like new. Minimal signs of use, not visible at normal viewing distance.	Retail resale, corporate redeployment
Grade B	Light wear such as minor scuffs or scratches on the casing. Screen free of significant marks.	Value retail, education, business fleets
Grade C	Visible wear: heavier scratches, marks or small dents. Fully working.	Budget resale, parts-conscious buyers, internal use
